eZ Funds, the efficient, flexible way for organizations to raise funds. Now you can make additional orders to support your organization by ordering online at Ada Valley Food for Funds. Your organization will earn a percentage of each sale. Some basic information about eZ Funds:- Please provide Ada Valley Meat Co. with proof of non-profit status and a federal ID number in order to be included on the organization roster. Please contact us to receive the necessary application form. - Each participating organization must organize one "awareness" sale per year. This will be the traditional format of selling with brochures and our normal delivery. An organization can use any of the four kinds of sales to achieve this requirement of one sale per year. - The name of your organization will be published on the roster with other organizations. This roster will also be published on our web site. - Orders can be placed via telephone, fax, mail, e-mail, or internet web site. - Each participating organization will receive personalized order forms and product price lists to distribute to their supporters at the time of the awareness sale. - Each organization will receive 12 % of the total sales dollars that have been purchased. This payment will be made to each organization on a monthly basis. The money will be accumulated for the entire month. (12:00 AM EST of the first day of the month and 11:59 PM EST of the last day of the month are considered a month.) The organization's check will be mailed by the tenth of the month following the month of the purchase. - All orders from the current product list may be purchased via eZ Funds - Each order will be shipped via United Parcel Service. The shipping charge is $4.95 per shipping address. |
